After a year of use, I recieved an email that the "O2 my Prepaid Smartphone-Tarif" was about to expire if I did not top off my account by May 15th (today). If I did not top off, then my agreement would be terminated by June 9th. I ended up topping my account on the 13th of May. On the O2 app it did not allow me to purchase another prepaid 365 day plan because I currently had one (the one that is expiring), so I ended up buying the Prepaid Data Pack M for now, just so then I could extend the agreement, although when I look at my O2 app, it shows that both my current plans, the one that is expiring and the Data Pack M are valid until June 8th (the day before my agreement is terminated). I did everything that I could to top off my account and i would hate for my service to end. I was wondering what the issue might be then. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Hello,I had sent my request for contract termination one month ago, and while I did get an email acknowledging receipt of my request, and that the contracts would be terminated soon, I have not yet received any sort of final invoice, neither the instructions on how or when to pay the early termination fee. Can someone please let me know what my next steps are, or what I should be doing so that there are no problems with the contract termination process?Thank You.
Hello dear O2 team, I signed a mobile phone contract (O2 Free L Boost) with you during the campaign period. In the meantime, my phone number has been ported successfully but the authorization for the € 100 change bonus is not displayed in my O2 app. Also the discount (20 x 5 €) was not yet stored on the second invoice. What do I still have to do to activate the discount or does it only apply at a later point in time? Thanks and best regards!

When I clicked the link to confirm my email, it asks me to login using SMS, but I can't do that since I still do not have a number linked to O2 because my SIM card never arrived. What to do? Hi I am o2 prepaid user. I am being charged 99c per day because I’m on Loop tariff. I want to change this because I hardly use any data on my phone, and it makes is almost 30e a month for nothing! It’s impossible to change this tariff - very frustrating :( I try on the page it says: Leider ist ein Tarifwechseln über „Mein O2“ derzeit nicht möglich. Bitte verwenden Sie den Tarifmanager über *107# auf Ihrem Handy um den gewünschten Tarifwechsel durchzuführen. Then I type this code (*107#) on my phone and it only tells me to top. How do I switch this off? Please help, this seems like I can do nothing, hotline is in German, nightmare :( Thank you very much in advance
Hi, I just moved to Spain from Germany. I have cancelled my DSL (I think), but I would need to stop my phone contract too as it doesn’t make sense to keep it until the 2024 as it says in the website. I read somewhere that when you move country you can terminate the contract any time. How can I do this? thanks a lot in advance,Sara
Hi Joe, I have a question. I live in Germany for a little while now, and I am still trying to figure out the best internet option for me. Apparently, based on my address, my only 2 options were DSL with 10 Mbps or LTE internet with up to 50 Mbps. Obviously, I chose the LTE internet. So O2 Homespot My Home M, it is. In my free time, I love to play video games. However, when other devices are being used, or when someone in the network is watching Netflix, ping increases up to unplayable latencies. (like 200+ ms). I already asked for a better router, so now I have the O2 Homespot 2 LTE router. However, this router does not have any option to manage bandwidth within the network, I have packet loss, and the connection is just not stable for gaming. I wanted to ask you if you have any recommendations for me on what to do. Is there a way to prioritize games? Are there other routers that do support this? Or should I just go for the slower dsl internet? Any advice is very welcome! Thanks a lot
Hi everyone, I ordered a new eSIM on my phone device, and by mistake I deleted it from the phone.I’m not able to activate a new eSIM due to the fact that I have now the eSIM in “Pending status” (in app says “In Aktivierung”)Cannot activate the eSIM since I don’t have in the mobile phone anymore and I’m stuck in the loop. When I’m trying to scan the existing eSIM profile, the phone says:“Profile already downloaded”Subject Code: 8.2Reason Code: 1.2 Perhaps the profile needs to be deleted somehow, or something else...Can someone help me there? Hallo i have ordered apple iPhone 13 pro max from O2 last month and i have received the phone i really appreciate This thanks to O2 .But at that time i didn’t need a sim But now i need a sim with internet So! can i Order a sim O2 sim now ? And can i combine both phone and sim contract together like in a First time of contract of phone i mean at time of phone contract sim+phone it was cheaper now if i order sim alone so it becomes a little bit expensive. And I have an 6 month Ausweis so the sim will be activated with that Ausweis or not ?

Hallo o2,I would like to ask...At the moment i have two contract: o2 Free Unlimited Max Online (one number + Multisim) o2 Blue All-in Extra (one number) Last date for cancelation is 06.07.2022 I would like to make contract for o2 One UnlimitedI would like to bring number from o2 Free Unlimited Max Online+I would like to make two numbers for kids (2x5€), one number I would like to bring from o2 Blue All-in Extra and another number I would like to bring from Aldi Talk.And I would like to have DSL at home (router i don't need). Is something like that possible? And if Yes how to make that….I have visited three shops and they couldn't help me.It is also possible to extend these two contracts but there is no offer to switch to O2 One Unlimited.
Hi! I have like around 40GB in my phone contract but lately, since a couple of days, my phone internet connection has been very poorly despite having a good coverage. There is nothing wrong with my sim card nor my phone, so not sure how to fix this? Is annoying because I am on the street and sometimes my internet is gone and I need it to navigate, and then it appears again after an hour or so, and then leaves again. Is this a current issue that O2 is experiencing?

Hello, Does O2 automatically deduct my monthly bill in my bank account? From the letter I received, every 5th of the month is the due date. But until now payment is still not debited from my account. Hi, I have a questions with regards to the sim card. I have 2 mobile number the O2 free M and O2 free S. I want to cancel the contract in O2 free S because I haven’t used the sim card and I still paid for it. The person in O2 shop did not explain it clearly that I only have 14 days to cancel the O2 free S. How can I cancel it? Is it still possible to cancel it? I paid for it 19,99€ with a 19% Guthaben, so 9,99€ per mos. I didn’t know this until last friday because I checked the data I used. I wasted 9,99€ for 8 mos already and I want to end it. Can someone help me.
