Good morning, i bought a Sharp TV(SHARP LC-49UI7552E 123 cm (49 Zoll) Fernseher (4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV, Harman/Kardon Soundsystem, HDR, Triple Tuner)) and i am trying to search for o2TV but is not working. Hello,Recently, I have purchased an O2 sim with tariff "Free Unlimited Max" but the speed is extremely low and it always ranges between 2 to 3 Mbps. However, on the website it says upto 500 Mbps and I am not expecting 500 but atleast it should give 50Mbps. Completly disappointed with it. Could you please help me with the problem? Dear all, I have already sent to letters without any feedback!!! Second one arrived on 30.06!!!! Now I will need to send another letter? with signature proof? On 2nd of April I had a call with your agent to have one contract for my family, this on 5th of April we didn’t receive any letter and your agent inform to cancel the contract and make a new one, which we did,then we got confirmation on 6 of April about our new contract, then nothing worked and you agent inform to cancel the contract and create another one which I did , and again took a while to get everything sorted out, so we wait around 2-3 weeks to get the numbers working, and finally when we were thinking everything was fine we got 2 bills with the same number!!!! You guys are charging us twice!!! you need to cancel the phone you are overcharging us you already overcharged 128,05 euros from April 41,98 eur from 20.04-19.05 and also 41,09 eur from 08.05 -07.06 , also 20.05 - 19.06 44,98 please this time do your job prop
I tried to not do anything automatic because in my experience o2 never understands what I need. So I cancel all plans, then add 10 euros which is inmediately debited. Then I add the L pack, and then this for a couple of days. I need internet and this never helps, also the fact that the plans are for 28 days, who came with this terrible idea, but ok, that’s not important now. I need a solution for this, need my plan activated and running ASAP. Thank you o2 team.
I purchased the O2 prepaid SIM card with 9.99 monthly plan, of 3.5 G data and EU calls.Its extremely difficult now to buy this pack for next month, I put 10 euro to my account, but they are not used for this 9.99 plan, instead, I am being charged on per call basis and for data usage. My balance has just vanished in 4 days .Can anyone tell mem what I am missing and how can I make the correct payment of 9.99 for 28 days/3.5 GB data and EU call unlimited.Please help.
Hello,I topped off my O2 account with 20€ before leaving for a business trip outside of the EU. I got a prepaid Data only SIM card in the other country and turned off my O2 SIM card for the duration of the 2 week trip. I returned and my account balance is now at 0,08€. My statement shows the + 20€ top off but no reduction from data plans/sms/calls. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Today, I credited my balance with 15 euros but didn’t saw any changes to the amount in the app. Although I received the sms. Then I re-credited my account with another 15 euros and then it added only 15 euros and package activated automatically without my consent. Overall I’m charged with 30 euros. I was aiming for 15 euros prepaid package. I want a refund of 15 euros as they didn’t showed in the app after i credited them. Your sms service is not synched with the app creating confusion for customers and wasting their precious money and time. I’m facing this issue for the second time. This time I need a refund.
Hi,I have an existing Vodafone prepaid sim. I requested for Vodafone to transfer my phone number to a new provider. They have confirmed this via SMS on 12th July.I have a new o2 prepaid sim, and I have asked o2 to transfer my number from Vodafone. o2 has not yet done this, despite numerous requests both online and via telephone with customer services.I spoke with Vodafone customer services, and they say that they are waiting for o2 to request the number porting.I spoke with o2 customer services, and they don't know why the porting is not completed yet. It has been 13 days already. What's going on here, am I missing something? Please can somebody help here? Hello, I bought o2 prepaid max card and 28 days passed. My question is do I get charged extra money for using it after this period of time, if I don’t buy credit for next 28 days? Because it works after 28 days passed and I don’t know if I will get charged extra. I had about 400Gb left when it ended. Will using O2 eSim (same number as I use on phone) on Galaxy Watch 4 cost anything extra since I already have O2 sim on my phone. Hi, I want to keep my phone number from O2 to Vodafone. However, Vodafone said that the phone number needs to be “opt-in” from O2. I was trying to call O2 hotline hundred times but no one could speak English and also visited O2 shops, no one could help me on this topic. Can anyone speaking English help me in this case? Hello o2 community, I have a question, I bought an Apple phone from an o2 store with a 24 month contract, I have the phone for 10 months and I have a small bend on the side of the phone from an accident and i have a tiny scratch on the screen, i still have a limited warranty on the phone and i want to ask if they will exchange the phone for me. Hi, everyone!I’ve received my sim-card and my ZTE router, put my sim-card in the router, connected it to my PC, logged in.I went to SIM-card activation page: entered my SIM-card number, obtained a phone number, received SMS to my router and entered the password, changed it to new password.I’ve installed an O2 app - logged in with my e-mail, internet worksBUTI don’t see a link to do Video identification. How do people do it?Everywhere I read that I must do Video identification for a prepaid SIM-card. But how?I didn’t receive any email about it, I can’t find anything about in my App.The App is in German so maybe I don’t know where to look.Please help!
Good morning The experience with Telefonica is awful. I made a subscription and in the first month, due to costs that they considered to be high, they stopped the services. I couldn’t pay because their stupid system won’t issue the invoice before the settled date (STUPID). Then wen I had the invoice, I paid it and also their STUPID system charged my bank account again. The app works only on German phones (shocking). The hotline is full of //entfernt people who are clueless. Nobody can help you with any news. How shall I proceed if I want an early contract termination? I thought i would only pay 76 per month ( mobile phone plus the data) as to my surprise, i need to pay 157.84€ as Rechnungübersicht für Jahr 2022. what does this mean? Hello, I was informed on twitter by the o2 help page that I should post here and ask for a public IP to be set up on my 4g homespot in hope that this will resolve the double NAT problem. Hope you can help, this is the last step I want to try before cancelling as it is currently completely unusable.
