Hi,I moved out of Germany a while ago but my phone contract was still running. Due to lack of funds, the automated payment for two months bounced. I have since then updated my bank balance but the automatic debit has not taken place. I am also unable to login to My O2 and check the pending payments as well. Hello , The option to release the number for porting is not available in mein o2 app as well as website :http://g.o2.de/mnp takes me to the page where I can only request porting from any network to o2 ( but I want to port out from o2 to blau contract: How to release my number for porting ?
Dear ladies and gentlemen, I have the following problem, an acquaintance took my cell phone by mistake and tried to access it as if it were his and ended up blocking it. I can not find the card where my chip came to check the puk number. I did not bother to write it down either. I tried following the instructions on retrieving the puk number through the site, but it looks like it needs to have an account with the phone number linked. I tried to make this account, but it sends a password to the sms and as my phone is locked, I can not access that sms. I am out of germany and have no expectation of returning early. Is there any way to contact technical support where I could get the puk code? I have to prove that the chip belongs to me, because I still have the contract I made when I bought it. The reset of the cell phone is out of the question, because there are files in the phone that are very important to me. Thank you.
Before I left Germany, in September, I canceled my contract and sent my abmeldung to o2. I called o2 to double-check that everything was canceled.today I got a bill and when I called o2 I was informed that only one of my phone numbers was cancelled. The second number and the dsl was not. they refuse to cancel by phone and required me to cancel online on meine o2. But, if I try, it says that I don’t have a contract. my phone number was XXXXXX. Hello!! I am student here and I opt for the sim only contract from the shop and the shopkeeper didn’t inform me about the contract term which is now of 24 months. After few days I received a call from O2 and they offer me a new plan of 16 euros and they told me like they are giving me discount on my previous plan which is of 20euros per month. But after few days they have send me a new sim card by post and even though I didn’t signed any contract online, they started my plan on their own and I was unaware about it and how things works here. Now the plan is also of 24 months and I got scammed ending up paying approx 40 euros every month which is a very big amount for a student. Its a very ridiculous thing and my question is like what will I do with the two sim cards. Hi all, I am here to see if I did everything as supposed. I want to cancel my contract with o2 made on 22.11 because I am not satisfied with the service. I have sent e-mail to email@example.com with document “Widerrufsbelehrung für Warenlieferungen” downloaded from this site. In March 2023 I have made contract in Mediamarkt at Berlin Rathaus Steglitz for 2 Sim-cards.Now I see that I have been deducted the amount two times a month. Talking to customer service it came out that in April 2023 someone have made another contract in my name and with my IBAN and I'm paying for another 2 Sim-cards that I have never used. Ich habe am Mittwoch letzter Woche eine neue SIM-Karte für meine kaputte SIM-Karte gekauft. Meine Karte ist in einer Woche angekommen und das Guthaben, das ich auf meine alte Karte geladen habe, konnte nicht auf meine neue Karte angewendet werden. Ich habe derzeit kein Internet- und Anrufpaket aktiviert meine Karte. Ich habe bereits 9,90 Euro für eine neue Sim-Karte bezahlt. Werfen Sie mich nicht weg. Zur langfristigen Information. Hello, I ordered new mobile phone with new sim card last week. And I want to keep my existing number and keep using it. I submitted the form for porting my number to O2 and I already cancelled my current contract with my current provider. So I have less than 30 days to port my number to o2, otherwise they’ll cancel my number. Last time we did the same thing for my wife and we received an email and sms messages which indicates that o2 receives our porting request and they’ll process it. And after 2-3 days o2 provided the exact date that they’ll port mobile number. But this time I haven’t received any messages or emails from O2. And I couldn’t find a website that I can check the progress or status. Is there an issue with it? Can somebody help me to check the status?

I sent the cancellation letter two weeks ago. And last week there was a call from o2. The employee said, "I accepted the cancellation, so I will send you an email." However, a week has passed and I haven't received the email yet. Also, in this case, will I be unable to use my cell phone after August 1st?
