When I ordered you said it's available and it gonna take just few days .Also, I have to travel next week I don't know what I have to do. Am I going to receive it next week or should I cancel it ? Myself Mohammed bought a phone through o2 and when the package arrive the phone went missed and everything was sorted out and it was said my contract will be cancelled on 10 dec and i will get the payment back. Now it is showing that i should pay 1000 euro in advance to cancel my contract. I dont know what i should do and i am currently not in germany right now cause my grandfather died on this recent week. I am a student and the packet u send inside it there was no phone. I am currently facing a crisis too. I would love to have your attention and sympathy in this case and look through it and let me know what i should do to get my paid money and to cancel this turnover. I would just like to raise a concern and asked for your assistance with the below:1. I have entered into a postpaid contract for an eSim in October 2024 around 3rd week.2. I have been following up for the delivery of my eSim a few times.3. I was charged the amount of $45 euro but I did not even receive my eSim and my subscription is only for $16 euro per month. I believe my subscription will not start unless I activate my eSim.5. I tried to call via my friends number as my mobile number(physical card that I bought personally at the o2 store) has been ported to my new number under contract so I don't get to use that because it has been deactivated.6. I arranged for a refund of my $45 charged and they only told me $40 will be refunded as $5 will be considered for re-delivery and I was not able to receive the sim to activate my eSim in the first place.7. It has been 2 months since I entered into the contract.8. I have no way of checking if my refund was processed since I cannot log in to
When i ordered additional number for my boyfriend they did the said that I would only get e sim. But now I saw i only got e sim and my phone doesn’t accept this connection. Can I still get normal plastic sim card?
This is my second attempt to get the Kabel internet and has not been successful so far. I switched from Vodafone but I don't have internet after Vodafone contract ended. O2 was activated on 10.01 . I have called the hotline many times with my Mac Address and restarted my fritzbox 6660 with no success. Can someone please help here? Thanks

Hello o2 team,I want to cancel one of contracts but your team told me its imposible right now because my time which was first 2 weeks has finished.but in the first 2 weeks I sent you several emails and asked to cancel it but I got no response and now I have to Pay two contracts which I just use and need one of them, I even told your team to Help me out because I can’t afford it but again they said it’s your Problem and you should wait until 12/2026.now again I am asking you to please please cancel my contract, there is always a way. please Help me with it.
Hello, i’m trying this as a last resort since nothing so far has worked out. About a week ago i purchased a prepaid O2 SIM (15 euro for 15gb). I tried activating it online as it says to do so on the card and whenever i got the the identification process, the lady would say that i am unable to identify myself online even though I had my passport and id with me, she said that i must have a visa or a residence permit. She also told me to go to an O2 store or the post office to fer identified and thats where my card will get activated. So i went to the first store where the person there was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t want to help me whatsoever and kept saying to do it online. I went to another O2 store where the person who was working there wanted to charge me 10 euros just to activate my prepaid sim… My last option was the post office where everything was free and the people were very nice. Hello o2 support and Community!I have a good o2 contract with a unlimited max for 60 eur on my mobile phone number. Why you canceled my contract? I wish to continue to use it on the same conditions. Is this possible? I see in the app and information in e-mail that you will disable my phone number at 31/01/2025 and this is dissapoint for me. Hello, I cancelled my contract online and by phone in July and even received a confirmation of receipt of cancellation (Acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation) by e-mail. But O2 still collects SEPA fees from my bank since then. I don't know how to cancel the contract now.
Hello team,I have bought a prepaid sim card while travelling in Germany last month. I have added a data subscription that I would now like to cancel. However, I am not in Germany anymore and it is impossible to connect to my O2 account with my email / phone number. It tells me that my account is not created, but it is since I could log in before. The only other solution is to connect with a sms code, unfortunately the sim card is not capable of connecting to any network in the country where I am (Singapore), meaning I cannot get the access code.Could you please advise how I could connect to my account with your help so that I can cancel the subscription on time?Thank you!

November eine Bestellung aufgegeben und eine E-Mail von DHL erhalten, dass mein Paket am 3. Dezember angekommen ist. Am 4. Dezember habe ich mein Paket im nächsten DHL-Shop abgeholt. Ich nahm mein Paket, unterschrieb, dass ich meine Bestellung erhalten hatte, und ging zurück in mein Zimmer. Danach öffnete ich das Paket und sah, dass sich in der Schachtel ein 1-kg-Paket Zucker befand. Ich war überrascht und ging plötzlich zurück zum DHI-Shop, aber DHL weigerte sich, es zurückzunehmen und sagte, wir hätten Ihnen Ihr Paket gegeben und seien jetzt nicht dafür verantwortlich. Ich ging sofort zur Polizeistation, um diesen Betrug zu melden. Jetzt habe ich das Paket zusammen mit einem Schadensbericht an DHL zurückgeschickt. Hi. I had a question. I bought an iPad with pencil on installment on 2023. And I got 2 different contracts for them. I requested for early payment of ipad on December. I got a letter of confirmation of payment for my iPad only. Now I can't login for ipencil contract. It says my username does not exist anymore (for ipencil and iPad both). Was the early payment for pencil done as well?

If my son is going for 3 weeks in US or Canada and calls me in Germany, do we have additional costs ? Another solution : if my son wants to call US numbers , will he have to pay ?
