This tutorial intends to help international customers to successfully configurate a Fritz!Box for using it with an o2 (V)DSL connection. Important NOTE! Since the firmware version 7.20 got released you can change the system language of a German Fritz!Box to the following options: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Polish. Unfortunately, changing the system language is only possible after finishing the intitial setup with the setup assistent which is only available in German.The following will explain to you how to do that step by step.First connect the Fritz!Box to the TAE socket using the grey DSL cable. Then power up the Fritz!Box with the included power supply. Now you can connect to the Fritz!Box via LAN cable or WiFi (WPA2 password is located on the bottom of the router). This is done via internet browser by visiting: http://fritz.box. At first you’ll see the start screen of Fritz!. Here you enter the Fritz!Box Kennwort (which you see in the first picture as well
Ich habe das Problem, dass ich seit September keine sim karte habe. Mir wird immer wieder versprochen, dass es gelöst wird und ich Guthaben entschädigt bekomme. Kündigen lassen sie mich nicht. Der ganze Quatsch regt mich alles schon so viel auf. Was läuft falsch. Ich möchte nichts mehr von o2, ausser aus dem Vertrag raus. Mir wurden falsche email Adressen gegeben. Irre. Ich will eigentlich auch nicht zum Anwalt deswegen. Ich will nur noch aus dem Vertrag und mein Geld zurück!!
Hi my Internet was activated in 10.12.2024 after I shifted from old address to new one .you guys made me wait like 3 weeks before that I wanted to end my contract .you said I cannot but after I said fine I will shift this Internet to my new address you just made me wait for three weeks after that as well .There is no access .I have been calling you again and again since 11.12 .2024 to know about the issue but you guys cannot reply my one question " what is wrong with my Internet of it is my problem I will do what I need to if it is your problem tell me how long will it take " O2 is big company in Germany but still you guys failed to satisfy one customer like me.Just to activate the Internet I had to wait three weeks and then also it doesn't work .I am sending you picture of my router and coax connection hoping to get it solved within this Saturday but seriously I have loosed all the hope from o2 side I don't know why I did come to you guys for internet . I’m having severe internt connection issues since more than 3 weeks. Basically I only have internet 10/15 min a day. I work from home so this is becoming impossible. I have called O2 at least 6 times. Each time they say they will call me back within 48h but they never do. I u understood there was a problem with the line in my neighbourhood but nobody can tell me if and when it will be fixed. I cant continue like this because I do not know how to work and cannot afford to go to a coworking space, what are my options? Why cant this problem be fixed?
Hi All,I hope this is the right place to ask this.A couple of months ago i received a call from O2 that my then current tariff will be discontinued and therefore they will put me into a new tariff. I protested it because I knew there will be a trick and I will end up paying extra but the agent assured me the only change I will have is that I will get an extra 20GB mobile internet for free of charge. No extra money will be charged to me he assured. Anyways, here we are 2 months later and I am paying an extra €30 without me agreeing to it or authorising it. When I call they say they can’t speak English and the only once can speak english they are not authorised to deal with self-employed customers.I admit I have not read the new contract when they sent it, which clearly stated that I will pay €34.99 instead of €29.99 for the new tariff. Hello o2I have Ordered my phone through o2 and i received the package but inside the package there was no mobile phone inside the package. And when i contacted o2 they said that they’d send me some affidavit through post but i havent got the affidavit till now and it was said i should re send the package within 7days. Hi there, so on the 12th November I ordered two new cellphones with vertrag from an O² shop(I'm an existing O² customer). My partners cellphone arrived yesterday (14th November) yet I'm still waiting on my one. They both have the order number: xxxxxx95 yet only one was sent with no information on the other one. Can someone please help me as to what I should do. Surely you send orders together when they share the same order numbers? November eine Bestellung aufgegeben und eine E-Mail von DHL erhalten, dass mein Paket am 3. Dezember angekommen ist. Am 4. Dezember habe ich mein Paket im nächsten DHL-Shop abgeholt. Ich nahm mein Paket, unterschrieb, dass ich meine Bestellung erhalten hatte, und ging zurück in mein Zimmer. Hello,I ordered a smart phone from Sparhandy with a O2 Mobile Unlimited On Demand (2024) | XXXXXXXXXXXXXX contract on 21.11.2024. Then I cancelled my contract from Sparhandy on 22.11.2024. But even more then 2 weeks passt, O2 does not cancel my contract. I also wrote it to widerruf@cc.o2online.de but still not canceled. Hello,I recently signed up for the o2 Prepaid S plan. I received my SIM and followed the steps to activate it which eventually worked. However, in the online account it said i was on the basic plan until i top it up. I tried to top up but said it was unavailable, and so i set up auto payment, and it said payment would come out within 5 days. Payment came out after 5 days, and the correct plan shows as active. Great. What i dont understand though is the Tarif & SIM-Karte section shows that i am still on the basic plan, yet Prepaid S in active. I don’t understand why this is so?If i click on the basic tarif to change it, it says “Unfortunately, a tariff change over „is my O2nd“ currently not possible...”.And if i use the *107# it just shows me a message with no options?The overview page shows both “Direct debit bonus” and “o2 Prepaid S”, and under My tariff shows the basic plan (9c calls, surf for 1.49 a day etc), even though Prepaid S is active?
