I canceled my contract on 03.06.2024 and until today 10.04.2025 after 2 cancellations, I still pay 46,89 monthly without even the internet connection to exist. The new owner uses another provider.
I texted O2 to refund my money since then and they said they will refund 46,89 for this month.
What can I do more? I’m paying now 10 months for something that doesn’t even exist.
