Why 16.50 EUR Kombi-Vorteil wurde deaktiviert?

Due to the move, the donor and recipient assignments have changed. Therefore, the combo benefit has been deactivated. Wait here for an o2 employee; this can be fixed.

Due to the activation of the DSL contract, the combination benefit for your mobile wireless contract has technically been removed. 
This is not correct. 
Please excuse the error. 💐
We will take care of reactivating the combined benefit.

First of all, thanks for your reply. I have O2 DSL and mobile contract since last 5 years and this combo contract since 4 years with partner card. I have moved from Leinfelden to Sindelfingen and today was the re activation date by Telekom technician. I am not new in O2 community. I am using and communicating since years and I am satisfied with all the solutions that I use to receive. 

However, please do the needful to revert it back and once it’s done, kindly inform. Ireally don’t find a logic to cancel the combo offer just for changing address and re installation of the connection.

It was stated that the combo benefit would be reactivated. So you don't need to cancel anything.

Till now the status didn't change even though you and Bumer told yesterday that combo benefit will be reactivated.  I can't pay more. My monthly bill to O2 is already 81 euro all together. Requesting to resolve this in short time.

I've contacted our responsible staff again and asked for a prompt reactivation of your Kombi-Vorteil. I'll continue to monitor this and, of course, credit you back for any additional costs.

Did everything else go smoothly with the activation of your DSL connection at your new address?
