Crazy Ping and Package lost


I have had an open ticket for 10 days and nothing has happened at all!

Ping is crazy, online games freezing all the time. Attaching screenshots

I could take a look at the ticket, where the colleagues reported requesting an update from the technicians from the pre-provider Vodafone, who reported back yesterday, that the malfunction is identified so far but that a solution is still in progress.

How many more months I should wait for normal internet? So far it's been 2 months of horrible internet for 50 euro a months

That really is a long timeyour internet connection is having  the saevere issues, ​@Dystik

Hey Gerrit, there is no movement for almost a month so far. Can you finally send someone to fix it please. I'm giving up on this service

We have as of yet not received an update and my two requests for an update are still open, the status in the ticket is that a major disruption is being worked upon.

@Dystik I do have received an update, the major disruption is being worked upon by our pre-provider Vodafone and the colleagues from our technical department are in contact to provide updates when there are new developments.

Nothing was done absolutely, I requested tech support 5 times and being ignored, those idiots just sent me a new router. What a hell is going on with your customer service guys? I never experienced such an awfull service ever in my life. Is it exclusive German things?

Hi Gerrit, I guess so, new router arrived and change nothing. Keep waiting for proper support. 

I'm pretty sure that is server issues...

I am sorry that the troubleshooting of your cable connection is taking so long; it's really very frustrating.

Our staff has forwarded the trouble ticket to the responsible cable network operator. I hope they can now schedule a technician appointment with you.

@o2_Giulia Of course nothing happened at all, I don't even expect anymore to receive a service I've paid for. I called 5 times last week, I can't repeat same things again and again.

Unfortunately, we can't really help with more complex issues like this here in the community.

Our technical support team is still working on your case and is in direct contact with the responsible cable network provider.
