wrong invoice


I have received invoice with extra 15 EUR. Invoice says 3rd party cost ( Bezahlen per Handyrechnung).I don't understand what is this cost for? and Why I have been charged.

On the last page of the invoice, under *Gut zu wissen*, it says exactly what this is.
