Hello, I am having trouble with my O2 number - I cannot call anywhere (it gives weird alarm signal), and my internet is not working. That is why I couldn’t also call the english speaking department of O2. Please could you let me know what should I so in this case? Thanks

Did you check already our Livecheck if there is a restriction right now in the network?
Since when you cannot call anywhere and have no internet?
Did you restart your mobile phone already?
