I want to remove my Bankdetails from my O2 app

you should be able to easily delete your bank details yourself under My o2. Have you already tried this method?

unfortunately we cannot change or delete the bank details for prepaid here in the Commmunity.

I contacted the number in my o2 app and it was not the number for the prepaid contracts and i spent 20 minutes talking to the agent
