Hi all, I have terminated my Homspot contract some time ago, and have returned my Homespot router (to a O2 Shop) weeks ago. However, my loan fee to the Homespot router is still charged.Even worse is that all of my O2 customer accounts have gone invalid as my contract has been terminated. Is there anyway I can fix this?Many thanks for any possible help in advance.

Hello, I applied for the cancellation of my O2 prepaid sim card 2 days ago via the online form. I thought the cancellation will take 1 month. But today my sim card got blocked. All my social accounts are linked to this number, so i cannot access those accounts anymore. Is it possible to reactivate my sim card? Hello,I ordered a new SIM card and sent money to my O2 account to pay for it. But after I activated the SIM card I received a SMS saying there would be a direct debit to my bank account for it. Hello! i have a 500mb/s mobilinternet-tariffe but my download is max 10-15 Mbit/s and my upload is also max 10-15 Mbit/s since couple weeks (before that i was getting 70 Mbit/s Download and 40 Mbit/s Upload). Hello,I had changed in my O2 app and activated the opt-in to port from O2 to another service provider.But i changed my mind to not port my number. Today I have had a lot of issues with my O2. My account said all my MB were used and so I tried to top up my credits and buy another package. I did this and it did not seem to work, did it again-→ now it looks like my transactions went through multiple times even though I got texts saying it didn’t work but have late texts that said the payment went through. It also was showing I had bought the L prepaid package two times. I went to the O2 store and they said there were issues across Germany. Dear @o2, My contract is soon up. I’d like to extend. However, in the app when I click on the offer, it is more expensive than the tariff for new and old customers using the browser. I don’t think I did use a lot of data with my current contract, so I’d like to have an offer from you.RegardsRichard

Hello!Me and my husband ordered a prepaid sim with anniversary tariff. Once we received and activated our sims we got emails from o2 saying that if we put enough money (15 euros) on our balance by 07 september our tariff will be automatically activated. Right now each of us has 16 euros on a balance but our tariffs are still basic O2 loop. If I click on an icon “Tarif wechseln” I get a message that I can’t change tariff at the moment. What should we do to activate our tariffs? PS Calling *107# didn’t help. On Friday I received my new sim and refilled it with the needed amount (eur 15). However I've made a mistake and booked the wrong option - Allnet flat instead of O2 my prepaid M (due to the same price).I managed to cancel the wrong option within few minutes, but never received the money back.Therefore now, any time I try to book the right package, I keep on receiving "insufficient funds" message.Could you assist me on this refund and make the my prepaid M option bookable?The Hotline I called was absolutely not helpful with that :(
Hello to all of you!I have been using o2 contract for the past 4 months. The o2 contract costed me 17.49 Euros per month it was with discount, the plan was free m boost. But right now i want to buy an Iphone with my contract but i cannot do it so i changed my o2 contract to o2 grow( i had only 3 options all the other packs were above 29.99 euros) which costed me 27.49 euros and with iphone it was 89.99 euros. so my question is i’m a student is there anything you can do to reduce the contract price because 27.49 is too much for me to give monthly. Hello, I am on a plan where I am given around 3.5GB of data. I have already used up this data for this month. Because of this, I have been trying to top-up my plan to have data this month. Over the past week I have tried different methods of topping up and all that happens is that the amount goes to the “Guthaben” section but doesn’t actually get deducted to give me more data.Because of this, can you help me with two things:Please cancel the past two top-ups as 02 has charged me for this but it actually isn’t giving me the data I need. Please tell me what the process is to top-up my data so that I am able to use the internet this monthThanks
Hello everyone, yesterday at the O2 shop I got a free card for using the internet for 30 days (I use it a lot for work and I'm currently in De)The shop staff did the complete procedure and said that I will be notified by sms about the activation. Here, 20 hours later, the card is not working,. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions. Thank you. Hello everyone,I moved to a new apartment couple of months ago and there are alot of connectivity issues with O2 in the area so I moved the number to another provider.O2 provided me with the new number but i wanted to cancel my contract and i tried twice to cancel and O2 answered that the contract cannot be canceled before April 2024.I dont understand this ! Background: My O2 contract is active since April 2012 and i have renewed it ever since.I tried calling their helpline number: 08003310130But no one answered that.I dont want to pay for 20 months when i am not using the number. I ordered an O2 SIM with a German number as I moved here recently. My intention was to use this number as an eSIM so that I could keep my UK O2 SIM in my phone and have access to my UK number too. When I originally set up the German SIM, I had service and I did when I managed to activate my eSIM too. As soon as I put my UK SIM back into my phone, neither data plan had service. I then tried to put the German SIM back in my phone and now this is saying it doesn’t have service either. I don’t understand what I’ve done wrong. I’ve now ended up with two SIM cards showing me no service and an eSIM that is no longer working. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and nothing changes.
HI,I went to o2 shop on 05.09.2022 as I was having problem with my SIM. person at shop changed esim to physical sim and it started working.But on 06.09.2022 i received mail saying new tariff has been activated for 2 years.But i didn't want any new contract or extension of existing contract, so i went to same shop and asked them to cancel my contract extension and tariff change. they said they did it ,but i didn 't received any information that it 's been canceled .I called customer care and they said it 's not cancelled.So please cancel that order. thanks,Omkaram Edit o2_Sven 07.09.2022/13:27: Moved the thread from o2 Mobilfunk to the English o2 Community: Mobile
