Refund of O2 prepaid credit after deactivation

I have canceled my prepaid plan and sim card due to moving abroad permanently on August 20, 2026. I had some prepaid credit at the time of cancellation. I had also sent the payout form before moving out by mail. However I have not received the credit back yet. When can I expect to get it back?
