I’ve now activated the public IPv4 address for your contract. You should receive a text message confirming this shortly. All you need to do now is change the APN to netpublic. The charge will then appear on your next bill.

Hi Daniela, thank you so much for your help. 
 

last night I also activated another eSIM hoping to use it on my phone but whenever I put the normal sim back inside the 5G router, I have no signal so I would like to cancel my additional eSIM so that my contract goes back to 39€ instead of 49€.

When you want to revoke the additional eSIM, you can do this with giving your number there via e-mail to our adress for revocations, ​@Rafbey94: widerruf@cc.o2online.de
