My O2 Google Apps

I recently moved to Germany from Italy. Today I activated my O2 simcard and tried to install “My O2 app” but Google Apps is telling me this app is not available in my country. How can I solve this issue?

Hello ​@kiaaa,

welcome to the o2 community...and Germany. 🙂

Once you have activated your simcard, you need to register your account for My o2. Then you have access to your contracts, at least via browser (www.o2online.de) if the app does not work.

Is it possible to switch to german, installing the app and switch back to italian? 🤔
