Hi , I have a little situation with my current mobile package right now. I have 5 packages activated right now but I only need one. I only need Inklusive Datenvolume 25 GB and I don’t need the rest of the packages. Is there a way I can  cancel them. I can’t find it in the app.

Beside some packages which come with a fee, there are also some free data bonusses like “Grow-Vorteil” and “Datengeschenk”. The first one is for keeping your tarrif over a year and the second is also a kind a data gift. Only the “speed options” will cost you extra. You can cancel them when you are logged into your “Mein o2” (My o2) Account with your phone number at www.o2online.de by choosing your tariff.
