And I’ve sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for termination.I’ve paid some one time payment about 186 euro. When will I get the refund? Hello, I bought the o2 prepaid M with 15gb. Last month the plan was working well, but today somehow O2 didn’t debit the money in my account, I receive a message asking to recharge that the plan would be automatically renewed. i did that but the plan wasn’t, it automatically charged me 1 euros for a basic internet daily plan and now the offer with 15gb is no longer available there and I don’t know how to recovery my plan

I need to cancel my O2 HomeSpot contract as soon as possible, but I can't find out how. The 017688855222 is German only and Mein O2 (German only too but I can use Google Translate) everytime I try to login it says it has technical problems. I actually was never able to access it in more than one and a half year as a customer.Anyway, how can I do it and do it fast? Any online form? Should I go to an O2 store? Dear Team, Due to apartment shifting to a new place, I'm forced to change my o2 connections by porting out as there is no range and I can't use the benefits of my plans, hence decided to move on. However when contacted support team for the same, they are asking me to write to head office and they can't initiate cancel process from system. As we have all options in online and my o2 portal, why we need to write plain paper request to update situation and request to port out. And it will require waiting for reply/update without any reference number to my request as well. Kindly let me know any other options are there for my scenario. Regards,Krishna
I bought the 14.99 euro prepaid card (special offer), which said that I would start with the “O2 Loop” account but automatically switch to the 14.99 prepaid tarif once I topped up that amount. However, it’s clear that it never switched, and now with 1.5 weeks left in this 4-week deal it’s asking me to top up my account for more data! (I also can’t make phone calls outside of Germany.) Hello, We previously had a contract with O2. We left the country in January 2022. I had cancelled the contract through the website back in February, but since then I continued to get charged. Having spoken to O2 support numerous times to have my contract cancelled - I later discover that we need to sent in the “special cancellation form” for having moved overseas. I see this was received by O2 on 30th August 2022, but we have not received any confirmation that the contract has been cancelled, despite two weeks having passed. Now Paigo are demanding payment for an extortionate amount that does not make sense. We continued to make payment up till March 2022 - which is after the phone numbers had already been de-activated. Trying to call regular O2 support has us rudely told that they do not speak English. Calling the English hotline has someone saying something different every time and unable to help us. I signed a contract for a mobile phone line for a minimum period of 24 months. I am leaving Germany in a few weeks a want to cancell this contract.Need I to justify that I am moving abroad or because the 24 months are finished I just need to send a letter asking for the cancellation?ThanksBest

I have made in April an online Antrag for an iphone 13 pro max but when ut arrived i was at work and i couldn't pick up the phone that went directly back to O2 and the contract was automatically canceled. Since then i can't make any new contract with o2 neither online or in shops. The workers in O2 shops say that i already have a contract since april in O2 but i am sure i don't have. Now when i want to make a new order the system also asks me my old pkk that i already created in April and i don't remember it. Hi there,I have signed a contract with O2 in August (both Mobilfunk and Kabel), but I mentioned that I will only use them on September. The agent told me that this is fine (his scam, but my mistake).I started using my phone number this week, and it doesn't work, I literally have to tape it to a specific place in my window to get a humble bandwidth of data.Why would I need data in my appartement when I have Kabel? Because O2 also failed to send me the router/box, so I also have no Kabel internet.So now, I am stuck with no phone coverage and no internet, and their support is playing games.Today they sent me a bill for a service that doesn't work. It so crazy.I am already in contact with lawyers who are studying the situation, but it is less likely that they will help. I also spoke with the federal office of consumer protection. But I would like to know if someone went through this path before. How did you do it and what it is your advice ?Cheers.

Hallo I still can't activate my number. I tried using the video option, so yesterday 05/09 I went to the DHL post in Senden where I submitted and signed the form, and submitted my passport for verification. Also the confirmation of residence.
