HelloI am using O2 prepaid sim for the last two months, recharging with a €15 plan, but unfortunately, the validity has now expired. Consequently, I am unable to make calls and access data services. In light of this, I have minimum usage of call and data service so I have decided to switch to another service provider with cheaper monthly plan.I would appreciate it if you could guide me through the process of porting my mobile number to the new provider. I checked it in online after login to O2 website but I am not seeing the option ‘"o2 Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter mitnehmen”’ for porting to another provider as mentioned in the previous post by ‘O2_Jassica’. Good evening,I am writing here as I have officially had enough of the poor connection quality with o2 mobile internet. My current plan is - o2 Free Unlimited Smart - which, I pay for on time, every single month. Without question.As of the past 4 months or so, perhaps longer - I have experienced every single day while at work, inside OR outside of the building - extremely slow - less than 1mb connection, constant connection drop outs, disconnects and of course - for some hours, absolutely no connection whatsoever.Thinking originally it was my telephone, I upgraded from an iPhone 11 Pro to a Samsung S22 Ultra, and the issue persists. All of my colleagues, who also use O2 have the same issue. Using 02 prepaid for 2 years, and now got an offer for Black friday 50% off for this MBoost 50gb for 18,99€.I dont understand, is that for me or for new customers? Can i switch to that Tariff, will my number remain the same, because in checkout, it says i get new sim card/s.And in description it says Angebote is for transfering number only. Hi,I have ordered an IPhone 14 Pro and an AirPods back in the begining of July, which was apparently cancelled by. But since then, I haven’t yet received the initial payment that was deducted from my account.When I wrote about the subject before, the answer I got was that my money would be returned within 14 days, but sometimes this period could take 3-8 weeks. And they have officially been holding 235 euros for more than one month. I needed it urgently when I wanted to order a new phone a month ago. However, at the moment, I neither have a new phone nor a very useful money when buying a new phone. It is a very bad impression for such a big company and this situation definitely needs to be reported. I just want to know, when I get my money back?

Hello, I signed a sim-card contract today with a promise of unlimited internet (tarife is called ‘o2 mobile unlimited smart online’), but most of the time I am getting Edge (not even 3G) or no connection at all and I can’t simply connect to internet.
