changed tariff to prepaid S 20gb

My prepaid eSIM of 20 euros was automatically changed to a basic tariff so I decided to change it back to the one I first bought which is prepaid S 20gb 9.99 euros / 4 weeks I have paid with my bank account two times and the order says it’s completed but I still don’t have any internet. My app says I’m still in the pre basis or basic tariff. Can you guys please help me.
