New handy tarif, wheres my confirmation/ SIM?

Hello 02, I set up a Handy SIM tarif one week ago online. I have received no confirmation email or SIM card in the post. Has the contract been set up? It’s not visable in ‘my o2’. Who can I contact?

Are you missing the initial order confirmation after buying a new contract from our website? Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes even important mails can be filtered directly into a spam folder.
