I have lost access to the o2 portal, I would like to get my Rechnungen and change my bank data to pay for myhand devices.
Problem: I moved to Switzerland and have canceled my mobile contracts.
Statement o2: They only send this per post.
I need some way how to reset my kundenkenzahl since I forgot or at least get the rechnungen in my email

As you are registered here in our o2 Community with a prospect account which is not linked to a contract of yours, we cannot access your data here.
You can contact the colleagues in our hotline via the 0176 888 55 222 from abroad and have your billing address changed to the one where you are registered at in Switzerland so that your bills can be send by post.
Your my handy installments you can register with their contract number which has been sent to you by letter when ordering the hardware. But you would need the 4 digit Persönliche Kundenkennzahl which went with your contracts also to you by letter.
Then you can change bank details online.

I sent a letter requesting a new Kundenkennzahl using the formular given. How long it takes until I can use the selected Kundenkennzahl I informed o2?

your new PKK will be sent to you per post as mentioned.
It is important that there are atleast 14 days between your last address change and your request to send the PKK to you, that’s a security mechanism. If this is not the case you won’t receive a letter and are not getting informed, that’s why this is important to know.
If everything is fine, then I would guess it takes around 4-5 days after you have requested the PKK for the letter to reach you. 😄
