Since I am abroad, I haven’t got any digital notification about this matter. Today a friend send me the letter which already sent on 30.07.2024. I need to find an English contact from O2 to solve my payment problem. What should I do?

Once an issue has already been passed along to collections, we can’t really do anything anymore, as the respective agency is the one that you should talk to at that point.
