Contract termination and router return

Hi, I submitted the termination request with the deregistration certificate attached via online form yesterday .
How long will it take to be processed as I will also need to return the router and I am leaving the country in 5 days?
Please advise.

It's a shame that you want to cancel your contracts. I was happy to take a look at it. We have received your notice of termination
and have sent it to the relevant department for processing. I can't tell you how long this will take ad hoc. In any case, you
will receive feedback as soon as the processing is complete. Until then, please be patient.🙂

Noted. So in any case, i need to wait till it is confirmed before being able to ship back the router, right?
I have friends but would like to get it done and resolved myself if possible.

you can register the return of your router in our portal and then you will receive a returns label for your router.
