cancel esim contract for aople watch

Hello! Please, I would like to cancel my eSIM contract for my Apple Watch. I already have a contract with O2 for my internet services and I just recently added an eSIM to that for my watch but I realised that it is not necessary and I would like to cancel it. Kindly help me.

Delete your phone number again.
Since you didn't mention how long you've had the contract, we have to speculate. If you signed the contract online or by phone and are still within the 14-day cancellation period, you can cancel at widerruf@cc.o2online.de. Otherwise, cancel there: https://info.o2online.de/kuendigung/

I have only had the contract for 1 day and I did it online.

Great that you are asking us here. It's great that Bumer has already sent you our e-mail address for a revocation 🤝

So you're talking about an additional contract and not an eSIM that you added to an existing contract?

Thank you for your response. I am talking about an eSIM that I added to an existing contract. I want to remove that eSIM and cancel the contract for it. Thanks!

@Cropillos You want to deactivate the eSIM again but not cancel your entire contract, right? You can deactivate the additional eSIM directly on My o2 if you no longer want to use it. You can find this in the browser under “Manage SIM card”. You can also find the option to delete the SIM card in the My o2 app under > Contract > Manage SIM.
