App topup nor credited to account

Hi, I topped up 20 euros to my account through the o2 app reload page - the transaction went through from my bank but the o2 app page never changed to show successful credit top-up. I did it a second time and it went through. Can i get my first transaction refunded to me? Thanks

that is great, you are successfully linked and I could take a look, indeed there has aonly been one top up by 20 €.

Remedy can only our colleagues from our prepaid team, you can contact them via our prepaid chat from Mo. - Fr. 8 - 20 und Sa. 10 - 18.
