I’m trying to connect to the router IP address - http://192.168.1.1/#, but the password I’m introducing is not correct. I’m using the password written on the back of my router, which is also the same one I use to connect to wifi. I never changed the password or username since I have the O2 router and contract. I have to cancel my contract for two reasons 1 is because I cannot pay it anymore 2 I'm going to France to live... I did it 10 days ago the contract but not online... In the shop they told me they can't cancel it. Can you help me out? I have to send a letter and afterwards they are going to kill me with the penalization right?
Hello, I am currently an O2 customer and i have a running O2 Free M contract with O2. I saw on O2 website a good offer for iPhone 11 Pro Max with a better contract. My question is can I change my contract to a new contract from O2 with the iPhone included or i should cancel my current contract and get a new one ? and if i should cancel my current contract, is there any fees i should pay or i can directly cancel and get the new one ? How do you view a verbose bill or call history on Mein o2? It only has a list of services and prices. I can't seem to get a list of all the calls made or received on the line anywhere. This is monthly Cell Phone service not prepaid. Note: I’ve already activated Itemized in the middle of last month, do I need to wait a second full cycle before it shows up? Additionally will previous call logs ever be available for download?

Dear O2, I have moved to Finland and I have filed for a termination of my contract. I would like to cancel it in goodwill earlier than the last date. How should I proceed? Please let me know if I need to send any documents for proff of domicile. I can submit my residence permit and my Finnish identification.
I have both a Mobile contract and a DSL contract in my apartment. When I log in the O2 app, I can see both account to the top right menu (I can choose to view the DSL or the Mobile). However, in the “Rechnungen” part, I always see the DSL bills, even if I’m I’m choosing the Mobile contract to the menu. I have no way to see my mobile bills. It looks like a technical issue. The same thing happens on the website itself (Mein o2). I can see both contracts, but the DSL bills are shown under the mobile contract. I’m attaching a screenshot. How can this be fixed? Hi, this was probably answered before but I didn’t have any luck finding the right Information, I want to do a 2 years mobile phone contract with O2 but with keeping my old Telekom number (knowing that my old number is a company phone but they are willing to give it away), is this an option and how?
I have called O2 five times now since early January asking that they correct my name on my online account. Five calls and still not done. Each time I am assured it will be done then nothing! Very annoyed now. Is there anyone, anyone at all out there reading this that can get this done for me ????? My Name is Suhail Al Bajray and not Subai Al Bajraz - I was nearly refused to be given the phone in DHL due to the different name .. Clearly this is not my mistake as I do know how to spell my own name.

I ordered a speaker from O2 last week. I received an email that it was already been shipped, i tracked the shipment and it was stated in dhl website that it has been successfully delivered however i didn't received anyting. I call DHL about the concern, they asked for the tracking number, when they checked it was under a different name. O2 gave me an incorrect tracking number. Tried calling O2 but i always get cut off. Any help please on how i can get my order. Thanks
