My sim stolen by someone


Could you stop my sim card asap?

also I have to go back to my country so id like to cancel my contract.

@gerpun123 have you access to your „mein o2“ online customer center? Here you can stop your active SIM card.

@gerpun123 did you have ever create „mein o2“ Online access for your mobile number? Did you know your PKK (personal 4 digit customer pin)

I dont have it. I tried to create (Mein o2)but my number was refused from o2 Suver.

I know PKK

I am sorry to hear that your SIM card was stolen. Is you phone gone, too? In this case please make sure that you change and login information that may was stored on your mobile like email, social media and online banking!

I troied to find your data but was not able to find it with the email address that you are registered here in this community. I will send you a private message shortly, you will find it in your inbox.

If you want to cancel your contract you have the possibility to eitehr use the link that @Joe Doe provided to do this online, if you were not registered on our portal already you can do this after you recieve a new SIM card. You also have the possibilty to canel your contract by postal mail, you will find the address to send this cancelation to on every invoice right above your address.

Hello @gerpun123,

your SIM is locked now, there will be no further usage possible be it for outgoing or incoming calls, sms or mms. 

If you want to reactivate the SIM at a later point because it was found just leave us a note, if the SIM does not reappear you can get a new SIM in an o2 Shop near you or we can send it to you.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask, we will answer as soon as possible.
