About the contract termination

Dear O2, 

I do not know why I have to pay 21,99 euro this month.

My contract was already terminated before my contract end which was on 24.04.2020. Besides, I also sent the router back and your wrote me an email on 22.04.2020 that you said you got my router.

So, I did not get it why I have to pay for this month (May). Does anyone know?

From 08.05.2020 to 15.05.2020, does this time period normal?  Thank you for replying me.

thanks for your request concerning your invoice.

 

You are right, your contract ended on 24th April 2020.

 

Your last invoice had the invoice-period 03.04.2020 - 02.05.2020. This means that this was your last invoice until 24.04.2020.

 

I hope I could help you to understand your last invoice.
