Contract Cancelation asap


Hi,

Since I moved back to my country from Germany last year, I would like to cancel my contract asap.

I sent all the documents(Abmeldung, Verification of me living in my country) via post, but it might take a while because of the COVID crisis. Therefore I also sent the documents via fax, and it would be nice if I could get a confirmation of you receiving it.

Please check the documents that I sent asap, since I can’t pay for extra months for the phone that I don’t even use. And please let me know if you got the fax.

When did you send us the cancellation form? The forms will be checked by a special department and you will get a confirmation soon.

Did you attach all required documents stated in our cancellation form?
