I ordered Iphone 11 pro max 256Gb, silver last 05.04.20 with contract number xxxxxxxxxxx. It was dispatched via DHL with tracking number xxxxxxxxxxx and as per tracking details it was delivered successfully 16.04.20 at 10:48 am, however to WRONG person (Herr Schmidt, who we DO NOT KNOW and no one lives in the area by that name). For your information, I have put my neighbor's address too in case the delivery man came and I am not home. Neither she received the item.
I just wanna let you know also that I have received the invoice paper by mail. It seems that there's no problem with the delivery by post but WHY the phone was not delivered to the correct address? Can you coordinate with shipping company or investigate them at least? What happens if the receiver already used the phone? That's not fair to me, right?
Please see screenshot for tracking reference and the copy of Invoice. We made complaints in DHL Bennewitz as soon as we saw the tracking update being delivered on that day but it's it seems no action made until today.
Please inform how to proceed.
