I am an o2 customer, I recently raised a request to transfer my number to another provider. I added the 25 euros to my account assuming that there would be charges. However now 10 euros is deducted and I am not sure what for
May i know how much it costs for my transfer from o2 to winsim ?
Why 10 euros was deducted ?

welcome to our English community. Thanks for your request concerning your porting.
Please be aware of the fact that just recently the porting became cheaper: instead of 24,95 € we only charge you with 6,82 €. This amount was charged on 19th May 2020.
After you have loaded a credit of 25 €, we immediately deducted 9,98 € for the package o2 my Prepaid S that you prolonged on 18th April 2020.
As you still have a credit on your card, you have the possibility to transfer the amount to your bank-account by using this document: transfer of credit to your bank-account

I checked the transactions on my account and noticed that 9.99 euros was deducted on April 24th. So is 9.98 the activation charge ?

you can fill out our form for the refund and send it to the obove mentioned address in the upper right corner. 
The 9,98 EUR were deducted for the o2 my Prepaid S package.
