additional fee from the bill


Hello, can somebody help me with my bill, my deutsch is not perfect and I can’t understand also the bill that O2 send it to me. I am a new subscriber, I apply for 9.99€ for 1GB monthly from O2, then the first month it was Ok 9.99€ was deducted to my bank account, then now the 2nd bill i have to pay 9.99€ plus 48.31€ for what is that 48.31€ ? I did not even consume my 1GB in a month. 
Can anyone from O2representative can explain to me with this matter? And what should I do? I am using the chat box from the app but they can’t speak to me in english :disappointed:

Hello, I have a question, why is it I can’t contact or call my O2 number? It is already registered from O2 and it is postpaid. What I do?

You have an additional charge in the first invoice for the connection fee. Look at the second page of the involce and it will say Einlagebühren - Einmaliger Anschlusspreis.

Thank you bsO, I have another concern, why is it that my mobile number in O2 I can’t received nur phone calls? When my friend tried to call my number it is out reachable. If you can help me with this problem.
