I forgot my SIM code on my prepaid card and now it is blocked. I can’t find my original card to get the PUK and I never made a Mein O2 account because the app doesn’t work. Therefore, I can’t get the PUK because it want’s to send an SMS to my locked phone to make an account. Please hellp.
