How can I buy a new data pack? I already have credit but I cannot buy the same pack I had. Why this is so difficult? Impossible to change the language on the app. That's really bad.

    Which pack do you want to buy? There are different top-up options for prepaid-packs, did you already manage to buy a pack or can we assists you?
