My bill is incorrect

Hi 

I have been abroad for amount 2 months and have NOT been able to use my German phone number. My bill should 270 + my normal tariff for each month. Instead it is neatly 1500EUR. There’s absolutely no way I can make that at the moment and there is no way for me to freely contact you. What are my options as I think this is a huge mistake. Could you please contact me on phone so I can sort this out? 

 

For example there’s one day 

30.03.2020 Mobiles Internet Ausland 1988048 KB 375,1371

I feel like this is a huge overestimate. 

 

Also can I add CH or US data roaming to my plan

 

And is there a payment plan for the 270 that can be split over the months

thanks for your message and welcome to our English community.

 

I understand that you were surprised when you saw your bill.

 

As I see in your data, you deactivated the cost-protection by SMS on 21st February 2020. You even received a SMS-message with the following text: “Ihr Kostenschutz wurde erfolgreich deaktiviert.” (Your cost-protection was successfully deactivated).

 

Therefore, your invoice is totally correct.

 

As you wish to arrange a payment-agreement, I will contact our special department and they will call you back within the next few days.

 

With your package “Roaming Basic Pay Go” you do not have the possibility to include Switzerland or the United States.

 

I hope that you will find a solution for your invoice.
