I personally regret that you cannot afford this contract anymore.
But unfortunately, this is no reason to get out of the contract before the minimum-duration of 24 months. You still have a duration of 18 months. If you like to cancel this contract, the earliest date for the deactivation will be the 28th October 2021. Please see here the procedure for cancelling your contract: cancellation
At the moment, it is also not possible to change the tariff to a lower-priced tariff. The earliest date for a tariff-downgrade is the 29th October 2020.
I understand that you expected another solution, but I cannot offer you any other solution at the moment.

I can not find my contract, and I want to cancel it. I have sent faxes to the certain address for many times. But the contract numbers are always required. I don’t know how to do.
The contract was created in March. Until now, nobody contact me to install wifi. So I have never received the bills. I really don’t know how to do. Please help me.
