contract – how can I end it – I am getting no answers at hotline

Hello! I tried calling O2 to end my contract. I don’t speak German very well and I was met by a very rude man who refused to transfer me to someone who speaks english. In the end he hung up on me, although I made it very clear he had misunderstood me – I am shocked by the way he spoke to me. 

 

Now I need to get an answer to how I cancel my contract. He tried to say I am bound to my contract until August 2021 – but that can’t be right?

Why can’t this information be right? When did you conclude the contract with o2 and what was the tariff name?

Sorry for the bad experience on the hotline. :confused:

I took a look into your customer account, theres a cancellation now and your contract will end on the 4th of august 2021.

Without cancellation the contract will be automatically prolonged another year.
