Hello! I tried calling O2 to end my contract. I don’t speak German very well and I was met by a very rude man who refused to transfer me to someone who speaks english. In the end he hung up on me, although I made it very clear he had misunderstood me – I am shocked by the way he spoke to me.
Now I need to get an answer to how I cancel my contract. He tried to say I am bound to my contract until August 2021 – but that can’t be right?
