Hi, I have had my phone stolen. I have a prepaid SIM and I need to block it, however, the hotline is not open until 07:00. I have a prepaid SIM and when I call an emergency hotline they say it is not the correct hotline. I have been looking on the website for 1 hour trying to find a way to do this but the option is not there. Frustrated that as a prepaid customer it is not possible to block a SIM out of office hours. What can I do? Thanks.

Ich bin von einem Staat in einen anderen gezogen und habe meinen O2-Vertrag mitgenommen. Der neue Mieter hat mich kontaktiert, weil er keinen neuen Vertrag bekommen kann, weil die Leitung noch in Gebrauch ist. Meine Telefonnummer hat sich geändert und auch meine Adresse, was ist los? Ich dachte, nach dem Umzug des Vertrages wäre die Verbindung frei.
Guten Tag, Seit 6 Wochen haben wir unregelmäßig DSL Störungen. Manchmal es kann nicht sync mehr als 5 Minuten für dem ganzen Tag. Andere Zeiten, es bricht für 15-30 Minuten ab, normalweise ein mal pro Tag. O2 hat ein ersatz HomeBox 6741 geschickt. Ein Telekom Techniker hat auch gekommen, er hat ein Telefonsteckdose ersetzt. Aber er könntet kein Problem wirklich finden. Nur kleine "geswindigkeit drosselung". Natürlich der Problem geht noch immer. Hat jemand das selbe erlebt? Was können wir tun? Mein Partner spricht gut Deutsch und hat vielen mal mit O2 gesprochen. Er ist jetzt im Ausland und meine Deutsch ist nicht gut genug zu Telefonspräche haben. Hi I am moving to the new address in Berlin 12557. I have checked here https://www.o2online.de/e-shop/dsl-festnetz?desktop and my new address is "Am Amtsgraben" is not in the list. Does it mean I can terminate my contract earlier?
I am fluent in English so I will write this in English. I am very desperate. About 2 months ago I paid 200 or 300 euro’s for a Iphone xs Max 512Gb with a contract. Now we are 2 months further and I still did not receive the phone. I have tried to reach o2 but this is just impossible. They don’t have a number to call anywhere, and no adress to send a letter. And everything is in German, also the service that said they delivered my phone is Germand and they can’t provide me an explanation. And I don’t want to pay for something I don’t have plz help.

Hello O2, I have a DSL contract with you and that is on 03.07.2019 activated. Since then I do not get internet. I have seen the incident and you have missed the date. There is the third incident date for tomorrow and I do not know that the technician is coming or not tomorrow. Every technician costs a day off and I can not adjust anymore. Please help me !! Greetings, I sent the documents to cancel my contract: Filled out form Copy of residence registration (with expiration date on it) Copy of my foreign passport Copy of the visa so you can see that it expires Copy of my plane tickets to return to my country Even though I sent all of these, I got an email asking for more documents. I will return to my country and live at a place that is not under my name, but under my partner's. I need to leave this ready before I return to my country. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you!
Hello, I own simple router Tp-Link WR940N, which as I found out is useless for a DSL connection. Is it ok if I purchase just a Modem in addition to it? If yes, please suggest which modem to buy. I have made a contract with O2, but didn't know that my router is useless and did not order O2 router. Thanks.

Dear O2 company, Hello. I had bought 5GB SIM card from your company about 7 days ago which can be used for 28 days. But unfortunately, I never was able to use my 5GB data service that I had paid for. Instead, there was extra payment that I never asked or was told before; 99 cent per 30MB. Since I could not gain the service that I had paid for, I would like to get a refund. I had called the service center, but they just hung up saying that they cannot speak English. All the alternative method is closed, so I am sending this message via SNS. Please reply ASAP, with any possible solution.
Hallo, A month ago I was take new contract in O2, they give me, and just after that they said, that I need bank account in Germany. In N26 the didn't accepted my litauen ID, in Commerzbank I can't activate because I don't speak German. I choose Bunq, excellent, but it is NL bank. God damn it. And in O2 I am still can not pay my bill, or just activate my phone number, I don't even know my phone number, that I could sign up in O2 online banking. I read in German O2 community, that it possible to change IBAN. How I suppose problem in IBAN. I don't get it why I have to get German bank account to pay my bill? All live in EU, what a difference? I just try find a solution of my problem, maybe another way to pay a bill.
I have problem with my router. DSL light is blinking also WLAN light is blinking, but there is no internet connection. It sometimes appears only for one minute and again disappears. Where could be the problem? Edit by o2_Tatjana: moved thread to an other category
Hello, Last December (2018) I kindly requested to cancel my O2 contract but no further action has been taken by your company. Now, that I came back to Europe from several months in Asia, I seriously want and need to cancel the contract with the German O2. Unfortunately, for working and health reasons, I cannot be in Germany anymore...especially only to cancel a mobile contract. Can you please proceed with the cancelation? Hi Team, I would like to cancel my O2 DSL contract as i'm moving out permanently from Germany. I have my Company HR letter stating that i'm moving out of germany and joining in abroad. Is that sufficent to cancel the contract?
To whom it may concern, I left Germany in mid-December 2018. I told the Wiesbaden, Hessen, Germany store I was leaving and they took my military orders telling me to leave and my information and stated I'm good to go. It is July 2019 and I'm still getting emails saying I owe monthly charges. Hi, I need to contact the DSL Störungsservice but my German isn't good enough to have such a complicated conversation and my partner who normally does it is away. My written German is adequate to be understood so it would be ok for me to use a live chat or email in German but these are not possibilities? I tried the WhatsApp chat but they won't accept anything from me as I'm not the account holder, which doesn't really make sense (a phone call is no more secure!). Hello, I made a SIM card & Phone contract with o2 about 4 months ago. I am under 27, so I should be eligible for Junge Leute program which gives a discount of 5 Euros per month. I was told that I could upload the proof via Mein o2 App, but there was no option to upload proof in the app. After one and a half months, I went to an o2 office for help, and they also couldn't find it in the app and since 21 days after the contract have passed already, they told me to call the hotline. However, since I don't know German, I couldn't find a way to connect to the customer service after calling the hotline. I also uploaded my proof from the online web service one and a half months after the contract, and I was told that I would get an SMS in 72 hours. I didn't get any SMS. I actually uploaded my proof for several times, but I still couldn't subscribe to the Junge Leute program and I didn't get any replies about my uploaded proofs in any way. Can you help me?

Dear Sir / Madam Yesterday I received a request to pay my mobile contract from May 20, 2019 until June 19, 2019. However, I understand that the contract expires on 30 May 2019. This was the information I extracted from O2 app. 1) Can you explain why I have to pay the bill (20 May 2019 to 19 June 2019)? 2) Can o2 confirm that my contract has actually expired / terminated?

Hello, I cancelled my o2 contract at the correct time and in the correct manner - before 3 months prior to the end of the contract. I've seen on the o2 website that it was ending on 09.07.2019. However, the last day came yesterday and today I was expecting not to have any service. Instead, I continue to have service and I see that on the website it now says that the end of contract is 09.07.2020. This is unacceptable if it has been auto-renewed even though I went through the correct procedure for cancelling the contract. I received a text from o2 as well that said my contract would end on 09.07.2019, so I'm really unsure why it would continue. I can not find an email address to contact either, so I am trying this forum to see if this can be resolved. One last thing to note: I am currently waiting for my number to be ported to another contract - I'm not sure if this would affect it but I guessed that it wouldn't cause the contract to renew for another year!
