You should be careful with allegations that you can not prove.
The technician is an external service provider, what should be the intentions of O2 not to solve your problem!
Call O2 DSL Telefon 0800 52 51 37 8 and report.
Have you test your connection after this time?
What kind of router are you using?

Hello there!

I have note regarding a SMS, which was to you sent to cancel the appointment.
Have you tried different hardware? According to our technical department, different hardware should probably do the trick.
