I have a mail to sign up for a sepa direct debit. I am unable to access my date on o2 online, I keep getting technical error message. Thesis has been going on for more than three months.

there was a technical issue with the customer area the other day, but it has been resolved since. Does it work now, or have you tried the alternative of accessing your customer accounts with the Mein o2 app?
