Yesterday I received a request to pay my mobile contract from May 20, 2019 until June 19, 2019. However, I understand that the contract expires on 30 May 2019. This was the information I extracted from O2 app.
1) Can you explain why I have to pay the bill (20 May 2019 to 19 June 2019)?
2) Can o2 confirm that my contract has actually expired / terminated?

1) The bill should be the respective part, if the contract is cancelled properly
2) You have to wait for an o2 employee, they can check it for you.

Due to a technical issue, the contract is still active.
We will deactivate your SIM within the next days and we will transfer the money you paid for the timer after the 31.05. back to you.
