DSL not working

Hallo,

My DSL connection is not working. I have followed the online steps in the community but still of no help. I am unable to connect to customer service hotline because of my no knowledge of german. Can you please help. My details are below. I dont see any light in DSL port and seems to be a problem from O2 side.

I had a look into rhis and can see that the connection is not running as of now.
It is possible that a technician may have accidently connected this line at the endpoint to another person.
But to really find out what has happened and most of all to fix this it is necessary to open a trouble ticket with our technical DSL departement by phone, since we do not have the possibility to do so here in the forum.
If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not prmoise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
