Hi,



I have had my phone stolen.



I have a prepaid SIM and I need to block it, however, the hotline is not open until 07:00.



I have a prepaid SIM and when I call an emergency hotline they say it is not the correct hotline. I have been looking on the website for 1 hour trying to find a way to do this but the option is not there.



Frustrated that as a prepaid customer it is not possible to block a SIM out of office hours. What can I do?
