I have been incorrectly charged for a contract i cancelled over a month ago. I need an email address so I can contact someone in english

Hi @ashleeeb,

I have looked further into the matter and can confirm that your cancellation was greenlit on 24th May 2019.
Since the period of cancellation is 30 days to the end of the next billing month, the cancellation of your contract was effective as of 17th July 2019.
So your current bill covers the time period of 18th May to 17th June.
This means you will get one final bill for the the weeks between 18th June and 17th July, and that should be all.

What does VHI mean? You seem to have put the text in the wrong box.

There is no email address. Explain your situation in more detail and someone here should be able to help you. When should the contract have ended? What have you been incorrectly charged for?

Sorry, the textbox was a mistake and wouldn’t let me backspace the vhi which is why i only put information in the subject bar.
I cancelled my contract in May and my SIM card stopped working in June. However I have been charged by Telefonica for 45.52 euros on July 4th.
Iam requesting an email address I can contact so I can have this looked into as O2 has no English phone service.
