Dear Sir/Ma'am, I would like to cancel my O2 plan, but I am not able to do so because I had to return back to my home country on 20 March when Germany entered a lockdown on 17 March. Because of this, I was not able to obtain my deregistration form for the contract termination. I understand that there will be a 3 month penalty instead of paying the full contract fee if I submit this form. Please advise what I may do because I will not return to Germany and I would like to cancel my plan. Can I provide you with other documents such as a new job contract and an email from the school requesting for our return? Can I also submit these documents to an email address? I am already back in my home country and I would not like to incur additional charges to mail these documents. Also, I had to pay an extra month in April despite not using the plan because I was waiting for the rathaus to open. Would it be possible for me to simply pay the 3 month penalty fee and not for the month of April as we

Hello! In may of 2019 i was in Germany and i bought a phone. To unlock it, as i'm not european, i had to get an european sim card and talk for five minutes with another european number (didn’t knew that was a thing before buying the phone). I have to keep the o2 card i bought in my phone for it to work. Everything went fine until today, when i inserted the wrong PIN code into my phone and now it is requesting me for the PUK code, which i can't find and i don't think i have with me anymore, unfortunately. I though unlocking the phone was a one-time precedure so i wasn’t careful with keeping the sim-card info. I'm wondering if it's possible for the company to provide me with my lost PUK code if i provide my information. As i'm locked out of the phone the only thing i have about the SIM card is it’s pin. I also have the number but i my card has been deactivated for months so i don’t think it’s still mine. I remember them having to scan my passport and getting my information to sell m

Hi, My contract is about to end. I got o2 M in 2018 together with iPhone 8 - Junge Leute and Hardware rabat were applicable. I was not the person signing the contract and later on, when it was transferred to me, unfortunately no one told me that my hardware rabat will disappear, as iPhone 8 contract is not transferable. The result of that is now I am paying around 25 EUR for old o2 M tariff (and 30 EUR for iPhone which is still not under my name). I want to get iPhone 11 together with new o2 M tarif but unfortunately I cannot pick it when I click ‘’switch the tarif’’. It shows me only worse tariffs or way more expensive with the data volume I don’t need. There’s no new M tarif. The result is, the offer for me is way worse that the offer for a new Junge Leute client - new client gets more internet (20 gb instead of my 15 gb) for lower price. I have signed contract with O2 Homespot and its not in use since December. i have sent 3 Letter to O2 via post for cancillation but have received email from 3rd party 27 April 2020 to pay 575 Euro within 29 April 2020 or will iniciate court procedue. As its already been put on request via Post to terminate contract why such threat of Court to the custmer? I have tried to contct customer service but unable to suceed it. Hi, I'm facing a problem to pay the bill of O2 contact phone. In this month i received a notice that i have to pay 58 euro for the month of April 2020. I paid this amount accordingly but unfortunately i put wrong account name ( HypoVereinsbank (BIC HYVEDEMMXXX) but IBAN was correct. IN this situation what should i do? please help to reply anyone.
I have successfully cancelled my contract early because I moved away from Germany. My contract ended 1st Feb and I received the email saying… “We will cancel your contract with the number XXXXXXXXXX in advance to February 1, 2020. For the early cancellation of your contract we will charge you as agreed 53,17 EUR.” I paid the 53,17 via another bank account cause my German one is now closed. But today I get another invoice for 10,16. What is this for? As I thought the fee of 53,17 was all I needed to pay??? Edit o2_Lars: This is a public community. Hi O2 team, I’m in touch with you in the last few months for contract extensions of both my DSL and my mobile, and now when it’s all over I’m so frustrated about the final result and I feel like I didn’t get the best service. It’s a bit of a long story with a lot of details, but I’ll try to put it here as short as possible. I have both DSL and Mobile contract for many years. Until November 2019 I always paid 24.99 EUR for my DSL (this was always 29.99 EUR + 5 EUR discount) and 12.49 EUR for my mobile with 4GB (so total 37.50 EUR). On November 2019 (5 months ago) my DSL contract ended and I extended it with you for the same price, like I do everytime. Until that point my DSL and mobile contracts were not merged, and the agent who helped me apparently merged my contracts without telling me, so she can keep the discount I had for my DSL. So I extended my DSL contract for 24.99 EUR per month, like I paid before. I was charged for the merging of the contracts, but later got a refund for it

So my tarife ended today and I was trying to top up with my bank account but I made a mistake :/ I didn't know that I had to send a sms to 56656 to get my own IBAN and BIC… I didn't know this and I entered wrong details at this option: Banküberweisung oder Dauerauftrag Now a red message appears anytime I try to open this option and I can't enter the right IBAN and BIC, it says that I have to contact the costumer service

As I currently moved to another country for an academic internship, can I apply for suspending my service (both cellphone and DSL)? A few weeks ago while I was still in Germany, I talked to your stuff at O2 store about suspending the service and he took a few documents from me and sent them to your headquarter. But I got no replay after then. I have searched everywhere at `o2online.de` but just couldn't find your contact email. I tried to call your customer hotline but never get through and I didn't fully understand the German replay. Dear all, I am currently outside of Germany and my phone got switched off. Upon restarting it, I was asked to enter the simcard pin so I did like I normally do. It told me that the pin is incorrect and I had to type in the PUK number. I did that and it gave me the prompt that it’s incorrect again. I have tried this a few times and I was crosschecking each time with a picture I took earlier of my pin and PUK. Any idea why this could be the case?
I registered for a Homespot device and I was told I can also use the sim card in my mobile WiFi. Now I have received the Homespot device and sim card and it works fine but I tried using the sim card in my Huawei mobile WiFi but its not working. It took so long to process my last request, that now my o2 Prepaid S plan has automatically renewed for another month, and I am paying for two phone plans. Can the o2 Prepaid S be refunded and cancelled, for this month? And please will you release my number for porting ASAP. I have added even more money to my balance, to pay for the porting. I ordered a contract yesterday by phone - mobile phone with tariff and a smartwatch. The confirmation email (EINGANGSBESTÄTIGUNG) received from O2 only showed mobile phone with tariff costs. However, I received an email that My-Handy is rejected and the order for the mobile phone tariff is processed and checked separately. I don't want a separate mobile phone tariff. And so I want to cancel the entire order. As well as I want to stop O2 from initiating the request for number portability. I sent an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de, but they haven’t replied yet. I want to stop any further proceeding and want my order cancelled immediately.

Dears, I ordered a Note 10+ on 1st of October and I paid a deposit of 183 EUR. But, the package failed to be delivered to my address and I got a mail from O2 stating that my deposit will be back as soon as the phone is returned back to O2. Actually, the phone got returned back - as per DHL tracking - two days ago and still didn't get nothing from O2. Could you please help ? Thanks,
