Replacement card


Dear Sir / Madam,

I received a replacement card, but I never received the first card. Now I cannot activate the replacement card because I do not have the first card. Could you please help me?

 

PS: I apologize for not speaking German, I have just moved 1 week ago and did not have the time to learn it, yet.
