Dear O2,
I see 5,5 Eur up charge in my bill for “Verbindungen & Services”. I do not understand the reason for this cost. I have neither subscribed anything nor called chargeable numbers. Can you please help to solve this and give my credits. Also, if some additional services are activated then please stop them.
