Hello,

 

Please be informed that I was deducted 2x this month.

This happened because I was first deducted June 18, unfortunately I don't have enough money in my bank that time, so on June 19 the money was sent back to me. 

July first week I received a letter stating that I should pay with penalty of €5,20. I opted to transfer money in your account amounting to €165.20.

July 16, I was deducted €325.20.

Please see screenshot for all the bank transactions including the letter sent to me.

My concern is: if this overpayment will be sent back to me or this will serve as an advance payment for August?

Please let me know.

I deleted those pictures of you. Please refrain from publishing your personal data (like customer numbers or bank details) on the internet in future :)

If you paid us the money and we still debited it again, then your deposit has overlapped.
But that is not bad.

The money that was paid too much will be saved as a credit with us and will be offset against the coming bills.
But the money is not lost ;)
