My Kunden Nummer ist: *******785

Rechnungs Nummer: ********09/06

I would like to ask you a question, I have transferred my old number from winsim to my new o2 Vertrag and it has been successful. However this month in my Rechnung I got charged high than normal? Do I have to terminate my o2 number which was given during the time of the contract as it seems I have been charged for both of the mobile numbers.

you have two contracts with us.
One with the phone number -241 and -787

You ordered them both in early June.
If one of them was not wanted, you would have had to cancel it within 14 days after ordering.


Why did you sign a second contract after you placed the first order?

I did not sign a second contract. I replaced the number with my old one. I have spoken to an O2 advisor, she has canceled my contract with the number -241, but I have not received any document yet of the cancellation. I would like to know whether it is canceled or not.

we received a notice here. This will be effective in due time as of 02.06.2022.

This is unfortunately only available in German, so it would be helpful for you if you get someone who can translate or help you to fill it out.
