Hello, I am in the process of cancelling my contract (the cancellation fax was sent already) the next day I've received a call from an agent, when I said I am not able to speak German the agent said another colleague will call me.

This happens 4 days ago…

sometimes it can take a while for colleagues to get back to you.

Hello Alina,

Days are passing by and nobody is contacting me, I think the agents are afraid of talking English, I know we are in Germany and bla bla bla, but a decent customer center (of an international company as O2) should be able to manage with English spoken customers.

Dear Denner. I don't know who you are, I expect an answer for official O2 agents.

So they call me and when I asked for an English spoken agent they were able to say "another Kollegen will call you soon" this is a contradiction with what you have said, they never call back seriously?? Actually, communication was not possible so NOTHING was set.

I am still waiting for them calling me with an offer, at least, if they want to retain me as a customer.
