Contract cancellation

Dir wurde hier https://hilfe.o2online.de/o2-mobilfunk-vertrag-tarife-15/sim-card-523616?postid=2032116#post2032116 vor 5 Monaten die Adresse genannt, wohin die Kündigung zu senden ist.

Eine Kündigung sollte im eigenen Interesse immer nachweisbar versendet werden ... hast du irgendeinen Nachweis?

I was said to send a letter before 3 months, 5 months has never been mentioned. I did a normal post at the address: Darmstadter Landstrase 110/114, 60598, Frankfurt am Main.

I have been paying the tariff without even using this number. My situation is really bad now, I cannot afford to pay more, without uisng this number. Please help.

Thanks for attaching the thread, I have this information. As I said it required a three months notice period not five, as was written by Solveig from o2. May be the address I overlooked, but I did send that in one of the Telefonica office.

Are you from o2? Can you help with a solution?

Hi Saxon, no did not send the letter with proof, unfortunately, that's a mistake I did. I have been struggling with this problem for a long time. I am paying the tariff unnecessarily, I lost my sim long before, I went to 02 stores in my city, but they failed to help me. Then I got to know about this forum, and then I started writing here. I really got a lot of help from this forum. 

I desperately want to end my contract. 

@dualipa if you have luck the o2 branch Frankfurt have forward your letter to Nürnberg. Hope an o2 moderator can see something in your customer data. They want/need some private data from you over PN. Please wait two/three days. Best regards.

No notice has been given for your contract here. Except for the termination notice that came in July.

Unless you have proof that you sent the termination notice to us, there's nothing I can do. I'm sorry :(

Because of the cancellation notice you sent us a few days ago: This has arrived and is still being processed. You will receive the feedback in a few days.
