Eine Kündigung sollte im eigenen Interesse immer nachweisbar versendet werden ... hast du irgendeinen Nachweis?

I was said to send a letter before 3 months, 5 months has never been mentioned. I did a normal post at the address: Darmstadter Landstrase 110/114, 60598, Frankfurt am Main.
I have been paying the tariff without even using this number. My situation is really bad now, I cannot afford to pay more, without uisng this number. Please help.

Thanks for attaching the thread, I have this information. As I said it required a three months notice period not five, as was written by Solveig from o2. May be the address I overlooked, but I did send that in one of the Telefonica office.

Hi Saxon, no did not send the letter with proof, unfortunately, that's a mistake I did. I have been struggling with this problem for a long time. I am paying the tariff unnecessarily, I lost my sim long before, I went to 02 stores in my city, but they failed to help me. Then I got to know about this forum, and then I started writing here. Unless you have proof that you sent the termination notice to us, there's nothing I can do. I'm sorry :(
