o2 Music Charges in Bill (Which I never Signed Up for)

Hello,    My customer number is xxxxxxx. I’ve seen in my Rechnungsnumber xxxxxxxxx that I’ve been charged 18,86 Euros in total for o2 Music which I never signed up or opted in. I could not find where to disable/cancel this in the website. Transferred the due amount with the wrong Kundennummer/Customer Number in reference.

Hi, I had 25 Euros due with o2. While paying 25 Euros yesterday, I used the Customer Number that was in my Contract paper which o2 sent me by Post. But now as I look at myo2 account, the customer number under “Invoice” is completely different. So I paid again right now using this customer number. Which one was the incorrect customer number? The one that is currently being shown in myO2 or the one that is in my contract? One of them must be correct right? Therefore, how can I get refund for the one that was incorrect?Best regards,Rubayet Kamal

contract problems

I have signed a contract for 62 euros a month for unlimited internet(31 euro after 50% off for first time consumers) in September 2023 in Wiesbaden in a shop. And in October it surprised me when I learned that my bill is 49,99 euros a month. I still haven’t received copy of my contract via email like the shop have told me and I contacted the O2 hotline repeatedly over the last 5 months but they keep telling me i should check it with the shop and when I go over to the shop they tell O2 have made a mistake and they’re trying to fix it and to keep waiting for an email. I’m tired of constantly having to the go to the shop and calling the hotline to no avail. Either O2 made a mistake or this shop have scammed me. I need help with this because I don’t want to take this to a lawyer and waist money and time on it but my hands are tied.

Router has returned and so far is on auto debit

I notified O2 of my homespot contract cancellation in January and terminated it completely in April. contract renewal - cancellation within the 2 year period

Dear O2 Community, My contract had a special discount and it is coming to an end. I would like to renew it but I only plan on concretely staying in Germany for another year, what happens if I sign a new contract with O2 but end up leaving Germany after just one year? Moving to a new apartment is never easy

I've been a client of O2 Kabel Internet for the last two years.Recently I moved to a new apartment.Before the move, I ordered to move my internet to the new apartment.In a new apartment, I have Kabel outlet and a DSL outlet. I expected to use Kabel because I used to use kabel, but O2 made a new contract for DSL. I see no logic in it because I have no DSL router, and O2 hasn't send me it.So I asked to switch my contract from DSL to Kabel. I spent a total of 2 hours (!) on the support line and I have spoken with 10-15 specialists. I had to retell the whole story to every one of them. Everyone usually forwarded me to another colleague.Finally, they switched me to Kabel. But I will be able to use it only 20 days later! It is ridiculous because I used the internet after the move from this Kabel socket with my router from an old apartment.So today I bought a DSL router and set up my DSL connection.But the problem is that my DSL contract is terminated in 29 days. How to cancel the contract for internet

Hi! I ordered DSL internet by mistake, I was supposed to order Glasfaser. How can I cancel my order and contract? I tried to call but my German language is not so good, also they asked me about 4 digit code that I don’t have. Is there any other way to cancel it? Unwanted billing for undesired subscription

Hi everyone,I was checking the invoice and in “Verbindungen & Services ” section appears an unjustfied amount of money, because I did not subscribe any service. Indeed, I cannot find any subscription on the O2 app or site. (I also checked the instruction at the following discussion  Abofalle, was tun? | O₂ Community ).However checking an old cell message, it seems that I subscribed some “Unlimited o2 games”, which I am 100% sure never did. And this explain from that date why my bill increased. For this month there is an additional increasing of money in the same parameter of  “ Verbindungen & Services” and still I cannot see anything.I really want to unsubscribe whatever the system did. There is some mod or someone to contact in order to solve this issue?Thanks for helping.

Probleme mit der Lieferung und Aktivierung meiner neuen O2 SIM-Karte

Ich habe eine neue SIM-Karte mit dem Tarif O2 Home M 100 bestellt. Diese Bestellung habe ich am 18. März aufgegeben. Mittlerweile wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die SIM-Karte versandt wurde. Die Sendungsnummer, die mir zugeschickt wurde, ist XXXXXXX, aber die SIM-Karte ist nie angekommen, und die Sendung wird als nicht existent angezeigt (Unknown shipment number).Auf meinem Profil wird jedoch angezeigt, dass die SIM-Karte aktiviert ist, und in weniger als einem Monat wird von mir erwartet, dass ich 20 Euro für einen Service zahle, den ich nicht genutzt habe. Unable to cancel Sim Contract even when internet speed is low

Hi. few days ago i have signed a contract in a shop at Tigel. the contract is about simcard with unlimited intenet data at 300 mbps speed and free calls and after getting the simcard i checked the internet speed even in the shop and the speed was very low and they told me it is because am in the shop and when i arrived at my place the internet was extremly very low. when i called the person who made contract for me he said that he only do contract i should contact the customer center the customer center checked my internet they said yes they can see that i have a very low internet and they told me if i want to cancel i can just go to the shop and cancel from there. today they told me that it is not possible to cancel the contract kindly advice me what to to in this situation becasue i cant take a risk of paying a 24 month contract with a very low internet.

SEPA Reminder

Dear O2 team, I have got now again a new letter for sepa mandate as final reminder. I had discussed this with service center over the call, when  I had got the first letter, this was sent due to wrongly sent new connections to my account, the 2 nee connections were deactivated after I complained about it, and then for sepa I was said to ignore it, there was a call where the associate , upon asking several times, confirmed to ignore this as there is no change to account. So why am I getting the new letter as final reminder? Can you check and support me with the resolution. Help Needed: O2 Mobile Phone Contract Cancelled Without Explanation

Hello everyone,I recently applied for a mobile phone contract with a SIM card through O2, but my order was unexpectedly cancelled without any explanation. When I called their hotline, they suggested it might be an issue with my SCHUFA credit report.I’m new to Germany and received my three-year residence permit in December 2023. Currently, I only have one active contract, which is with Deutsche Bahn (DB), and I pay it every month on time.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with O2? If so, how did you resolve it? Invoices

Hi,I would like to ask a new question but couldn’t find a way to open a topic, so I am responding here (I apologize if this is wrong).My problem is I need my 2022 and 2023 invoices from O2 but I am not anymore a customer so I can’t login to MyO2 (to be honest, it was almost impossible even when I was a customer). router issue

Hello,There is a network connection problem in my home area from 10 days ago, and I asked this issue to your customer service(issue number? CXXXX). But I got the reply you couldn’t find the root cause.So, I removed the SIM card from the ZTE router and inserted it into an unused phone. Then, the network condition improved. I'd like to confirm if I can use it in this state. why can't i top up?

FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable

I do not have Internet since lat night. And the worst part is that you do not have an English support number 24/7, so if my Internet goes away in the weekend,  which is the 2nd time this happened to me, I cannot do anything about it! But I will be charged fully for the extra 4g I used, right? This is not good! I think I will need to change my Internet provider because in general this is not stable. I have issues several times. unwanted subscription of gymando fitness

Dear O2 community, I am receiving high monthly bill from March from 2.03.2024 to 2.05.2024, whichincluded € 9.99 for a monthly Gymondo Fitness flat rate. Strangely enough, I never had the Gymondo app or booked such a subscription. I only discovered that the amount is on my monthly bill, although I don't know anything about it. I have read about the same case several times now. Is it possible to downgrade the tariff?

Hello,I have a O2 Mobile L Boost contract with 140 GB and the multiple SIM cards (2 SIM + multiple eSIM) included.I would like to downgrade to a lower contract and to keep multiple cards option, unfortunately in my O2 account I see only the option to upgrade to a higher package.My current contract runs until 01/05/2025 so I still have one year left. O2 sim blocked

Hi,I recently received a message saying my o2 sim is blocked because I declined a direct debit transaction.I manually recharged my number as my internet pack was expired 2 weeks ago, so when I received a message of direct debit I declined the transaction since I already had a top-up for my prepaid. But soon after that I received a message from o2 saying my number is blocked as I have not paid the amount yet.Secondly, I already had around 5 euros as my o2 balance, they have deducted the 5 euros and now balance is showing -9 euros. Since as per them I have not paid yet.I already have my recharge so I do not want to pay for it again.Can someone please help me how can I fix this issue?

Can't access my o2 after cancellation, now there's some money in it but i can't take them out

I have this home wifi that i deregistered for probably more than 1 year. The thing is, the login used to be the phone number of that account, then after the cancellation, for sure the number is not mine anymore so i lose access to my o2 account. then i have some Gutschrift like 2.5 euro but the thing is… i cannot close this account entirely or take out the money because i dont have any account that can access to this Kundennummer.  Please assist.
