Urgent: My Package Was Digitally Refused by DHL but Marked as Delivered to original sender 

 

Hello O2 Team,

 

I need help regarding a recent order. According to DHL, my package was digitally refused — which means I did not accept or receive it. However, O2’s system is showing that I’m “enjoying the product” as if it has been successfully delivered.

 

I want to clarify that I never received the package and did not sign for or accept anything from DHL. Could you please investigate this and update the delivery status accordingly? Also, I would appreciate guidance on the next steps, whether it’s a replacement or a refund. Order number (WSHWxxxxx681)

The order been sent back to 02 without reaching my destination

Then as soon as it the return has been fully processed by o2 the phone will be removed from your account.

And how does dhl says acceptance digitally refused and for what reason .. this really surprising after waiting months for my pre order

Please do not share any personal information with us here, as our forum is publicly accessible worldwide. I have already removed your order number for you.

I'm sorry to hear that your package could not be delivered. What exactly do you mean by “digitally rejected”? Has it already been handed over to DHL, or did that not happen?

Hello,

 

The package was already handed over to DHL, but it was acceptance digitally refused on  meaning it was marked as “refused” and back to sender without anyone physically rejecting it. Because of that, it was automatically sent back to O2. I just want to understand why this happened, since I never refused the package myself. With my order number you can look through and get it done for me

Only DHL can answer the question why this happened. System error or address error are two possibilities. o2 can only see what you can see, i.e. that DHL returned the package.

Not yet and am trying to get in touch and let them rearrange it but it says it been delivered to original sender which is 02 so I will be happy if you can look through about it for me

I made downpayment so perhaps I need refund before I can reorder

Your deposit will be refunded in the same way you paid.

When I check for the site it shows out for delivery which makes me confuse

Do you have any new information about your order? If it says that the package is being returned to the sender and is in delivery, then it will be delivered back to us. Can you confirm this? 🤔

If this is the case, your deposit will also be automatically refunded to you in the same way.

Yes it’s been return to 02 and it says I will get refund and how long does it take to get refund ??? And when I can order again

That might take a while. I wouldn't order until the refund is received.

your downpayment should be refunded as soon as possible the same way you paid it.
