Public IPv4

Hello o2 Team,

I have a Mobile Unlimited Max o2 plan with a speed of 300Mbps.

Today I requested customer service to activate Public IP on my connection mainly for my PlayStation to change from NAT 3 to NAT 2.

The public IP was activated and NAT seems to work fine. But my speeds have significantly decreased, I was getting around 275-300 Mbps download speeds on speed test, after the change I’m only getting 90-95 Mbps, it doesn’t seems to go beyond 95Mbps.

What is the reason, can you please help?
